Kitchen Chairs and other Types of Dining Furniture

When someone goes into a friend’s dining room, there are some basic kinds of dining furniture that they are going to see.  The types of dining furniture that are often seen in a dining room are found below.
• Dining table and chairs – This is the staple of any dining room. It usually consists of at least six chairs and a table.
• China cabinet – This is where the good dishes and other decorative items are kept in the house.
• Occasional table – There is usually another smaller table off to the side that can hold additional dishes if needed.
These are the normal things that can be found in a dining room.
